If you have a Vermont mailing address, Vermont financial privacy law may provide additional protections. To the extent applicable, Yaw Capital will not share a Vermont consumer’s nonpublic personal financial information with a nonaffiliated third party unless the sharing is permitted by law, covered by an applicable exception, or authorized by the consumer in writing or electronically. Where authorization is required, we may request separate consent before sharing information with a lender, financing source, referral partner, broker, service provider, advisor, or other nonaffiliated third party.
